Dallas Food Bank is guided by a volunteer board of up to 7 directors.  Board directors serve 3-year terms unless they have been elected to complete a vacated position.  At the direction of the Board President, a nominating committee is formed in about September to propose a slate of nominees to fill upcoming director openings.  The Board elects directors and officers at its meeting in November for terms that begin January 1 of the coming year.  Anyone interested in being considered may fill out the application below.
